Navattic alternatives in 2026: seven tools that publish their prices

The most common reason people look past Navattic is not the product, it is that the evaluation cannot start without a call. Here is what else exists, and what you give up on integrations by leaving.

The short answer
  • Every alternative here publishes a price for its paid tiers. Navattic publishes one only for its free plan.
  • Nothing on this list matches Navattic on CRM integrations at the first paid tier, though HowdyGo Pro comes closest.
  • For real HTML capture with a published price, the field is Peutly at $175 and HowdyGo at $199.
  • Cheapest like-for-like: Supademo Scale or Arcade Growth, both $50 per person.
  • Storylane is the closest on analytics depth, at $625 for the comparable tier.
  • If you need SAML, Storylane Premium and Walnut are the two with a published route to it.

Peutly is one of the seven tools below, and we compete with Navattic. Their integration surface is better than ours and this article says so more than once.

Why teams look for a Navattic alternative

  1. 1No published price above the free tier. Base and Growth say "billed annually" and route to a demo request. If your company approves software from a pricing page, the process stalls at step one.
  2. 2Annual billing on every paid tier. There is no published monthly option, so the first commitment is a year.
  3. 3Seat caps of 5 and 10. The cost of a seat above those counts is not published either.
  4. 4SSO is Enterprise-only, so a security requirement means a custom contract regardless of team size.

1. HowdyGo: HTML capture with a published price

Like Navattic Base, HowdyGo captures the real DOM. Unlike Navattic Base, it publishes what that costs: $199 a month for Starter and $499 for Pro, 20% off annually, unlimited users on both. Pro adds demo analytics, a custom domain, CRM and analytics integrations and a JavaScript SDK, which covers a good part of why people shortlist Navattic in the first place.

What it does not match: Navattic lists 25+ integrations from Base including Salesforce and Marketo, plus account identification and pipeline-impact reporting. HowdyGo says "CRM & analytics integrations" without enumerating them, so ask which ones before assuming parity.

The first call to make if the objection to Navattic was the missing price rather than the product.

2. Storylane: the closest match, fully priced

If you were drawn to Navattic for account-level analytics and A/B testing, Storylane is where those live with a number attached. Growth at $625 a month bundles five seats and includes the HTML editor, A/B testing, custom branding and Account Reveal at 2,500 a month. Premium at $1,500 adds SSO, whitelabel URLs, Salesforce and Deal Intelligence.

The most direct replacement, and the one that will feel most familiar. Budget for Growth rather than Starter.

3. Supademo: cheapest route to analytics and branching

Scale is $50 per creator and includes branching and variables plus tracking links and analytics. Navattic puts its comparable analytics on Base, which is unpriced; Supademo puts a version of them at $50 a head. Growth at $450 adds AI voice cloning and guided HTML demos.

Best value if you want per-step data without a contract, and the free tier lets you check before paying.

4. Arcade: polish over integration depth

Growth is $50 per user up to ten users, with unlimited demos and videos. The trade against Navattic is direct: Arcade has the better-looking output and no CRM connectors worth the name, and its custom domain, SSO and API are all Enterprise-only.

Good if the demo is a marketing asset. Poor if the point was getting demo data into Salesforce.

5. Peutly: flat pricing and no seat ceiling

Ours. Starter is $175 and Pro is $450, both with unlimited users, both on the pricing page, both cancellable monthly. Pro includes per-step drop-off analytics, a per-session event timeline, a custom share domain, password protection, event forwarding to GA4, Segment or Heap, and outgoing webhooks.

What Navattic has that we do not: 25+ CRM and sales integrations from Base, account identification, A/B testing, pipeline-impact reporting, SAML SSO, directory sync, audit logs and an MCP server. If demo activity has to reach Salesforce without someone consuming a webhook, that is a genuine reason to stay.

Right when the blocker is the seat cap or the sales call. Wrong when the blocker is CRM data.

6. Walnut: a published price for the enterprise shape

Ignite is $575 a month billed annually, Accelerate $1,550. Both publish a figure, which is the main advantage over Navattic if your evaluation needs numbers on paper. Seats split into editors and presenters, three of each on Ignite.

Worth a look if you liked Navattic's enterprise posture and need the price in writing first.

7. Stepshots: the budget floor

Pro is €19 a month for thirty hosted demos with no per-seat billing. No lead capture, no narration, no custom domain, and a CI check that flags demos broken by a UI change, which nothing else here offers.

The right answer if the budget conversation ended before the feature conversation started.

When to stay with Navattic

  • You need Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, Salesloft, Outreach, Seismic or Highspot connected natively. Nothing else on this list comes close at the first paid tier.
  • Account identification and pipeline-impact reporting are part of how you report on marketing. Only Storylane offers a comparable set, at $625.
  • You need SAML SSO and directory sync, and a custom contract is acceptable anyway.
  • A sales call is a normal part of how your company buys. If so, the main objection to Navattic disappears.
Questions, answered

Frequently asked

Peutly at $175 and HowdyGo at $199 are the cheapest published prices for real HTML capture, both with unlimited users. Storylane is the closest match on analytics depth, at $625 for the comparable tier. None of them matches Navattic on CRM integrations.

We do not know their reasoning. What is observable is that Starter shows $0 and Base, Growth and Enterprise route to a demo request. Seat counts and feature lists are published for every tier, so you can determine which plan you need before the call even if you cannot determine the cost.

Yes, though none includes HTML capture. Supademo Free gives one creator five guided demos and fifty 4K recordings, all screenshot-based. Storylane, Arcade and Stepshots each cap at one published demo. Navattic Starter is the only free tier in the category that includes a real HTML demo.

Honestly, none of them. Navattic lists 25+ integrations from its Base plan including Salesforce and Marketo. Storylane is the nearest, with Salesforce on Premium at $1,500 a month.
