Both are good. Here is when each one wins.
Navattic is one of the most established interactive-demo platforms, and on the enterprise checklist it is ahead of us. The difference that shows up first, though, is procedural: Navattic does not publish a price for its paid tiers, so the evaluation starts with a sales call. Ours starts with a number on a page.
Navattic pricing, as Navattic publishes it
Every figure below is copied from their own pricing page, last read on 22 September 2026. Where they publish no number, we say so instead of estimating one.
| Plan | Monthly | Seats and what is included |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $0 | 1 seat 1 demo, HTML or media. |
| Base | Not published | 5 seats Unlimited HTML demos. The plan card says "billed annually" and routes to a demo request, so no figure is published on either billing term. |
| Growth | Not published | 10 seats Adds custom domains. Also "billed annually", also no published figure. |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom |
The seat maths. Navattic lists 5 seats on Base and 10 on Growth. What a seat above that costs is not published either, so the cost of adding your next teammate is something you find out on a call. Every Peutly plan includes unlimited users, so that question does not come up.
What each price buys. Peutly captures the real DOM on every plan, from $175 a month, so the demo is your actual interface and stays editable afterwards. At Navattic that starts on Base ("Unlimited HTML demos"), at a price they do not publish. Their cheaper tiers capture screenshots or video, which is a different product at a different price.
The matrix
Navattic is a interactive demo platform. Rows marked missing for Peutly are things we genuinely do not do, not things we are about to ship.
| Feature | Peutly | Navattic |
|---|---|---|
| Price published on the pricing page Navattic publishes $0 for Starter. Base and Growth say "billed annually" with no figure; Enterprise is custom. | Yes | Starter only |
| Pricing model Navattic lists a seat count on each plan: 1 on Starter, 5 on Base, 10 on Growth. | Per workspace, flat | Per seat, tiered |
| Unlimited users on every plan | ||
| Free plan Peutly runs a 7-day trial instead, and adds 7 more days once you publish your first demo. | 1 demo, 1 seat | |
| Unlimited HTML demos | Base and up | |
| Custom domain Navattic lists custom domains on Growth and Enterprise. | Pro+ | Growth+ |
| SAML SSO and directory sync Peutly does Google, Microsoft and email magic links, and can force those providers for a workspace. No SAML, no SCIM. | Enterprise | |
| CRM integrations Navattic lists Salesforce and Marketo from Base, and adds Gong, Salesloft, Outreach, Gmail, Outlook, Seismic and Highspot on Growth. Peutly has no CRM connector: it forwards events to GA4, Segment or Heap and POSTs webhooks to an endpoint you own. | 25+ from Base | |
| Public API Peutly has no REST API. Outbound webhooks with retries and a delivery log are the whole programmatic surface, on Pro and Enterprise. | MCP server from Base | |
| AI narration Peutly synthesises speech from a script you write, in 13 voices across 20 languages. It does not write the script. Navattic lists AI avatars with a monthly minute allowance. | 20 languages | AI avatars, 100–300 min |
| Per-step drop-off analytics | Pro+ | Base+ |
| Audit logs | Enterprise |
Where Peutly wins
You can price the thing without talking to anyone
Peutly publishes $175 a month for Starter and $450 for Pro, with annual at $140 and $360. You can build the business case, get it approved and start the trial without a single call. Navattic publishes a figure for its free tier only, so the first step of your evaluation is booking time with their team.
Unlimited users, so the demo is not one person’s job
Navattic lists 5 seats on Base and 10 on Growth. That is enough to make you think about who gets one, which in practice means demos become the job of whoever holds the licence. Peutly puts your whole team in one workspace on every plan, so your PMM can fix the copy without asking the person with the seat.
Recordings stay editable after your UI ships a change
Peutly captures the DOM, so the recorded product remains editable HTML. Rename a button, swap a screenshot, blur a customer name, or run find and replace across every step at once. When a label changes in your app, you fix the demo instead of re-recording the flow.
Founder-level support is the default, not a tier
When you email us, a founder reads it and a founder replies. We are small enough that this is simply how support works. We would rather state that plainly than package it as a service level.
Where Navattic wins
A far deeper integration surface
Navattic lists 25+ integrations from its Base plan, including Salesforce and Marketo, and adds the sales stack on Growth: Gong, Salesloft, Outreach, Gmail, Outlook, Seismic and Highspot. If your demo data needs to land in a CRM without you writing a webhook consumer, they have built that and we have not.
The enterprise checklist is already ticked
SAML SSO, directory sync, audit logs, offline demos and professional services all appear on their Enterprise tier. If your purchase involves a security review and a procurement process, Navattic will clear it and we will not.
More product, built over more years
Account identification, A/B testing, interest areas, advanced filters and pipeline-impact reporting are listed on Base. Peutly records three events per session and reports per-step drop-off. If you want to slice demo engagement by account and tie it to pipeline inside the tool, theirs does that today.
Choose Navattic if you need CRM integrations, SAML and account-level analytics, and a sales call is a normal part of how you buy. Choose Peutly if you want a published price, unlimited users on every plan, and to be running your first real demo this afternoon.
Peutly and Navattic, the short answers
If we got a fact about their product wrong, email founders@peutly.com and we will correct it.
We do not know, and we will not guess. Navattic publishes $0 for its Starter plan; Base and Growth say "billed annually" and route to a demo request without a figure. Third-party estimates circulate, but since we cannot source a number from Navattic's own pricing page, we leave the row out rather than repeat a rumour.
No. Peutly runs a 7-day trial with no credit card, and adds another 7 days once you publish your first demo. The trial unlocks the Pro analytics, so you can see per-step drop-off on a real demo. Navattic's Starter plan is genuinely free forever, capped at 1 seat and 1 demo.
Not with a native connector. Peutly forwards demo events to your own Google Analytics 4, Segment or Heap property, and POSTs four event types to an endpoint you own. Getting those into Salesforce means someone consumes that webhook. Navattic ships the connector.
If the whole team needs to touch demos, Peutly: unlimited users on a $175 plan beats a 5-seat cap you have to ration. If one person owns demos and you need the data in your CRM, Navattic fits better.
Build the same demo in both. See for yourself.
You get 7 days free, and another 7 once you publish your first demo. Build the demo you would actually ship in both tools and let your own funnel data settle it.
