Why teams look for a Supademo alternative
- 1Per-creator billing compounds. Scale is $50 a creator with no cap, so ten people is $500 a month and twenty is $1,000.
- 2Growth does not solve that. Growth bundles five creators at $450 and charges $50 for each one after, so it is more expensive than Scale at every count. You buy it for voice cloning and guided HTML demos, not for the seat economics.
- 3SSO, SAML, data residency and multiple workspaces are Enterprise-only, starting at ten bundled creators.
- 4No native CRM connectors. If demo engagement has to reach Salesforce, that is not what this tool does.

1. HowdyGo: if you were only on Growth for the HTML demos
Supademo puts "Guided HTML demos" on Growth at $450 a month. HowdyGo includes HTML capture on its $199 Starter plan with unlimited users, and $499 Pro adds analytics, a custom domain, CRM integrations and a JS SDK. If the reason you were looking at Growth was the HTML capture rather than the voice cloning, this is a two-thirds saving for the same capability.
What you lose: branching and variables, voice cloning, and Supademo's free tier.
The best-value swap if DOM capture was what you were paying Growth for.
2. Peutly: if per-creator billing is the problem
Ours. Pro is $450 a month against Supademo Growth at $450, and $360 against $350 on annual billing. At five creators the two are effectively identical. At ten, Supademo is $700 and we are $450. At twenty, Supademo is $1,200 and we are $450.
What you would lose: branching and variables, AI voice cloning, SSO, data residency, multiple workspaces and a free tier. That is a real list, and if branching is how your demos work, this comparison ends there.
The right swap when demos become something six or more people touch.
3. Arcade: if output quality is the priority
Growth is $50 per user, the same as Supademo Scale, capped at ten users. Built-in video and generated visuals, the most polished default output in the category, and a shared AI credit budget of 800 a month. Custom domain, SSO and API are Enterprise-only.
A sideways move on price with better output and a worse ceiling.
4. Storylane: if you need more product
The deepest feature set here: A/B testing, Account Reveal, Deal Intelligence, sandbox demos, an HTML editor. The cost of that depth is the ladder. Starter is $50 for one seat, Growth is $625 for five, and SSO waits at Premium for $1,500.
Right when you have outgrown Supademo on capability rather than on cost.
5. Navattic: if the data has to reach your CRM
25+ integrations from Base including Salesforce and Marketo, with Gong, Salesloft, Outreach, Seismic and Highspot on Growth. Account identification and pipeline-impact reporting come with it. No published price above the free tier.
The only genuine answer on this list if native CRM integration is the requirement.
6. Stepshots: if the budget is the constraint
Pro is €19 a month for thirty hosted demos, no per-seat billing, plus a €29 one-off for a single unbranded demo. No branching, no narration, no lead capture. It has a CI check that flags demos your UI has broken, which nothing else here offers.
A very cheap floor, with the feature list you would expect at that price.
When to stay on Supademo
- Your demos branch. Branching and variables at $50 a creator is close to unique in this category; nothing else offers it at the first paid tier.
- You need AI voice cloning. Peutly offers thirteen fixed voices, and most others offer none.
- You have one to four creators. At that size Scale is cheaper than every flat plan here.
- You need SSO, data residency or multiple workspaces and already have an Enterprise quote. Few competitors offer all three.
